Help me remember this movie?

In this movie it was about this group of people robbing a bank. I think it was either 3-4 people. One was a woman. I think they were Russian? And when they got in the bank they told the people to take their clothes off and put on some weird clothes that they were wearing. I think Denzel Washington was in it...Not sure... thanks
