Need Opinions and knowledge whether I have Appendicitis or a different illness?

Go to a doctor. There could be many causes for abdominal pain, and appendicitis is known to cause pain near the navel, especially in the beginning. Could be nothing, but there's no way to tell without a physical exam and/or testing.
