I live with my brother and he acts like he is my father. How do I make him realize that I am not 5 year old?

I think he's just trying to protect you. Maybe, you should talk to him and try to mellow him out a bit. Tell him how your feeling, and maybe he'll lay off. But for now, don't think of it as unfair. Be glad you have someone looking out for you :)
