Cant stop crying after vacation with boyfriend...?

I met him online 6 months ago, we finally met. I drove 6 hours, it was all both of us ever dreamed, constant cuddles and kisses, inseparable. After a week the trip was over. I'm 16 and so is he so obviously we cant move together. I feel heartbroken and cannot stop crying for two days now because I miss his presence so much. I just want the crying to stop, help me.
